Hello and welcome to my blog,
My name is Maya Keshwala, I live in Bedfordshire and I am a qualified personal trainer. I was born in London, but was raised for 8/9 years in the midlands. I have had a very rocky year, and am slowly back on the mend and having this blog is my way of getting me through it. Writing down my thoughts an emotions is always something that I have found helpful and easier for me, hence why keeping a diary is very useful. I thought why not take it one step further and share my lessons learnt and journey with other people.
I have matured a lot in a short space of time and my thought process and mentality to a lot of things has really changed massively. I really would like to share those thoughts with the rest of the world too, with this little space in the internet world I hold.
I had plans to attend the University of Liverpool to study psychology, however, decided uni wasn't for me and I wouldn't enjoy it. So I made the big choice to withdraw my application and start something new. After debating over many different career paths, personal training is the one that fit the best with me. I have been into training for the past 2 years, and enjoy teaching others and helping people feel better about themselves.
I am very much a family gal, they are my priority and luckily I have a small group of friends who support me through the most challenging moments in my life.
So that is pretty much me in a very small nutshell, but hopefully, you will learn a lot more about me through my posts.
