Personal Training

Personal Training isn't something I had always known I wanted to do. But now, upon completing my Level 2 and Level 3 REPS recognised personal training qualification, I cannot really see myself doing anything else, considering I practically live in a gym and breath all things fitness related, it just made send that my passion is a my career.

There are many personal trainers out there, those who specialise in different areas. Personally for me, I would like to specialise in personal training obese and diabetic people and hopefully make big changes in their lives by educating them in exercise and nutrition.

Personal training is just not training people to reach their goal of changing their body, I mean, it is that of course, but I have always believed trainers are almost like therapists too. Exercising makes big changes to your body, health and mind. Clients share that with their trainers and let them in on that journey, the highs and the lows. Each session, I boost my clients confidence and make them feel good after a session, knowing they smashed a workout. I have always been someone who has wanted to help others and be there for people as much as I can be, so this is something that personal training allows me to do, which I love.

I provide individual, specific programmes to every individual as no two clients are the same. If you are interested in my services and what I offer or have any queries, do not hesitate to get into contact with me:
